TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Apartment: is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and vacated at 10am on day of departure.

Payment: a deposit of no less than £25 per person is required on booking unless other arrangments have been made and the balance is required 6weeks before holiday date unless booking is less than 6weeks then full payment is required.

Payments accepted:  by Cheque - Bankers draft - Pay-pal (there will be an extra charge of £10.00 for using Paypal) - and cash on arrival.  We will also except payments spread over a time so there is not a large amount to pay 6 weeks be fore your arrival date. Ask for details.                    

Cancellation: If  for some reason you have to cancel your holiday you must notify us as soon as possible and confirm in writing . There will be NO refund if cancellation is less than 28days from your holiday arrival date. Holiday insurance is recommended.

Number of occupants: on booking the holiday a contract will be entered into on the understanding that the total number of the party should under no circumstances exceed the maximum capacity of 5 persons for apartment no.8  and 4 persons for apartment  no.10

Damages or Loss: at the end of your stay you must leave everything as you found it in a clean and tidy condition and any damage or breakages must be reported to the caretaker - keyholder. You will be responsible for any damages, breakages or loss to any items coursed due in your stay. A deposit of £100.00 may be asked for at time of final payment or on arrival which will be returned at the end of the holiday by post.

High Season: is saturday to saturday

Winter: Midweek and Short  Breaks is a minimum of  3 nights.

Bookings: accepted by persons aged 18 years and over. On receipt of booking and deposit recieved we will e-mail or post confirmation along with balance due date.

Baby Pack: we may ask for £50.00 returnable deposit for the use of  cot/playpen, High/chair and pushchair.

Smoking:  The apartment block is a non smoking building which has smoke detector on stairs, landings and apartments. If smoke is detected or Fire alarms set off there will be a charge of £60 to fumigate. Apartment 8 has a balcony you can use for smoking.

Pets: there are no pets allowed except for special permisson from the owners. There will be a charge of £50.00 per week which will be asked for at time of deposit and this is non refundable

Vehicles: are left entirely at owners risk. We the owner are not responsible for any damage or loss to guests vehicles and property.

It is advised to call the key holder if you are going to be late or delayed on arrival so other arrangements can be made.

Owners Right or the keyholder on our behalf : We the owners reserve the right to alter or withdraw amenities or facilities which have either been advertised or previously available, without prior notice - where reasonably neccessary due to repair, maintance and beyond our control.

We the owners or the keyholder on our behalf : have the right to refuse the hand over of keys to the accommodation to any person (s) who we deem not "suitable" to take charge of the premises. In which case we will reimburse the balance excluding the deposit.

If we the owners or the keyholder on our behalf: deem that guests are unsuitable due to damage caused or disturbance to other guests you will be asked to leave the premises. No refund will be given.
